About this notice
This notice covers the Urban Raga website and its enquiry features. For admissions, cancellations, refunds and classroom policies, please contact the school directly.
Trial requests and lesson enquiries
The trial form asks for your name, chosen subject, phone number, an optional email address, online or offline preference, and preferred centre for offline lessons. The lesson enquiry form asks for your name, email address, instrument or program, preferred centre or online format, and any optional questions you choose to add.
When you submit either form, your details are sent to Netlify Forms, the website’s form service, and stored in Urban Raga’s Netlify account so the school can manage and respond to your request. Form notifications are sent to urbanraga@gmail.com. You do not need to open or send a message from your own email app. Netlify applies its submission processing and spam controls; a submission marked as spam may not produce an email notification.
Urban Raga uses the submitted information to respond about lessons or a trial. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking; the school confirms availability, timing and any applicable fee. Enquiry details are handled through the school’s hosting and email services, rather than published in the website’s activity cards.
WhatsApp and email links remain available as separate ways to contact the school. If you choose one of these links, you review and send that message through the relevant service yourself.
Browser storage
The trial form can appear automatically after a short delay, once per browser-tab session. You can close it and reopen it using a booking button. The browser session stores only a flag that the trial form has been shown, so it does not keep reopening as you browse. No form answers are stored by this display control. Reviews and owner-supplied enquiry records also appear at intervals. Displayed enquiry records show only a supplied name, subject, any supplied learning format and the enquiry date or age; they are not a live feed of website visitors.
The website can also remember your analytics and advertising choices in your browser. This preference records your choices, not your enquiry details.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
The live website can use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use its pages and enquiry features. Analytics runs only when you allow it. The local review preview does not collect analytics data. Google advertising measurement is not currently configured.
You can allow optional website analytics or continue without it. Use Cookie choices in the footer to change or withdraw your choices. Advertising choices do not activate advertising measurement while that service is unavailable.
Your name, phone number, email address and message text are not included in the website’s analytics events. Optional events describe actions such as opening the trial popup or choosing a contact method. A lead event is recorded only after the form service accepts a submission; it records the form source and learning format, without your contact details, subject or message text. Service acceptance does not establish inbox delivery or a confirmed trial time.
Hosting, fonts, Instagram and external services
Netlify hosts this website and processes its submitted enquiry forms. Google provides the Gmail account that receives enquiry notifications. These services handle connection and submission information under their own policies.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and includes an Instagram profile preview. When these resources load, your browser connects to the respective provider. Their handling of connection information, cookies and other data is governed by their own policies.
Google reviews, social profiles, WhatsApp and email links open services outside this website. If you use them, the relevant provider’s policies and your account or browser settings apply.
